I think people don't see a decline in how he's playing.
They definitely see a decline in what's around him.
He's gone from having some pretty electric weapons to having...
bad weapons, no run game to speak of.
And the Chiefs agreed because they went and signed the most expensive running back, I believe, or one of them in free agency, and Kenneth Walker III, Super Bowl MVP.
Clearly what he's accomplished over the years buys him a runway that some other guys wouldn't have.

I think the most interesting is the top of Tier 2 where Lamar Jackson has been in Tier 1 but went to Tier 2 this year after his rushing threat really wasn't there.
I think that's going to be fascinating because they're putting him
in a little bit more of an under-center offense.

What's that going to look like if he's not a super dynamic runner?
Because people thought he's improved and is pretty good as a passer, but not Tier 1 as a passer, especially if his legs aren't there.
So I think the rest of his career will be very interesting.
