I think it's done for a head coach, you know, because of his age and because th for most of these teams, the people in the building are not going to be signing up and encouraging to sign uh Belchuk as their coach because he takes all the control and voice-verified

it makes it harder for those guys and he creates walls in the building and he's an old school, you know, kind of Parcellian coach, a little bit of the fear based type of coaching, which Sean Payton is pulling off right now. voice-verified
