Harden, it looks like staff is considering uh conditional use permitting, which might be appropriate, at least from my point of view, for the smaller scale data centers.

So let's imagine that when this comes back, um a majority of us wants to ban large or hyperscale data centers, but we don't want to give a free pass to the types of data centers we've always had and lived with, and we want to make sure we're putting protections in for those facilities as well.

Could you talk us h through how these conditional use tools are used?

Uh who approves them, the c criteria, et cetera?
