Genuinely, no one knows what's going to happen anytime there's an authentic paradigm shift, technological paradigm shift happening.
It's just really confusing to be able to predict what it means to have artificial intelligence in the world.
But then two, I think the big model labs are incentivized to be like, this is the most powerful thing in the world.

I think a lot has been made of the job loss in tech that's not actually accurate.
I see a lot of evidence that those numbers are kind of hyperinflated.
I think when it comes to, let's say this is as powerful, it's like more decisive, more important than the development of the atom bomb or something, which is another thing that these people, a lot of the people working on this stuff have said.
I maybe would understand the idea of like, okay, well, let's get the government involved somehow.
Let's get the public involved somehow.
At that point, what I would want is for the government to purchase the stake, not just seize it.
Like, this is Joseph Stalin going after a miracle invention that has been invented by people.
Well, so of course, this is the reason that it's being used by people like Bernie Sanders at this point.
It's like, this is the same reason we're talking about a wealth tax in California.
It's always, how do we demonize these random nerds with a lot of money?
In any way that we can that's going to take blame off of the government for fucking us in a million different ways.
We start with the national debt.
We could talk about the cost of housing.
It's like, why isn't Bernie Sanders talking about mass migration?
