told Al Jazeera that there indeed has been communications with the United States in the form of messages exchanged with U.S.

However, Aragshi says the messages do not constitute negotiation.

And with the president saying the war here will conclude in two to three weeks, Secretary Marco Rubio says one way or another, the end is in sight.
