I think first and foremost, my wife and I would like to give honor and thanks to God for opening this door for our family and bringing us to this great city of Pittsburgh.

Without a doubt, we'd like to thank the Rooney family for having interest in us and allowing me to take part in this process and naming me head coach.

It's a great honor to be a part of one of the most storied franchises in all of professional sports.

Don't blink.

I'm not even in that mindset as I sit here tonight.

I'm more in the mindset of what transpired in this stadium and certainly what we did and didn't do.
