It's always been a thing where teams have wanted to move.

And the reasons have been different.

You're right, there's more money involved now.

So whereas teams used to lose money,

Decades ago, it would have been millions of dollars.

Now it could be tens of millions, hundreds of millions, depending on how much you're paying in salary.

So there are much larger financial stakes, that's for sure.

Part of that is the NBA doing what it can to increase values for NBA teams, right?

But we've seen that just all across sports too.

These are now, to your point, the sports teams are an asset class, right?

Now I read about them.

I was reading a Bloomberg story the other day about how now –

dinosaur fossils are the newest asset class, you know, getting your own T-Rex, reconstructed T-Rexes at asset class, but it's like, you know, an asset class, like a sports team, you know, not like a museum, like used to be.

Yeah.

Right.

So like everything is now an asset class.

And I think that kind of speaks to a larger, uh,

issue systemically.

It is.
