And I'm very lucky because we have an ownership that has so much experience in sports, and they understood that

It's a lot that we're going to have to do.

And everybody is on board with that.

I'm very grateful for that.

That thing is...

The best part was changing the culture.

Is that with the fans and everything?

That's the culture inside the organization.

To actually understand what was happening inside the organization.

How the people were feeling about working in the organization.

And I did a very profound exercise to try to understand that.

It's actually to understand deeply how people feel about working in the organization.

And I wasn't happy and I wasn't impressed at all about the way they describe it.

So I put my hands on that and I needed a lot of support to change that.

But I think that was the foundation that after we used to build that.

I was expecting something, but not as deep, as profound.
