And yet, all of these problems just kept getting dumped on the rate payers.

So I said, you know, I'm freezing that.

I'm going to freeze rate hikes.

And I told people, I'm not messing around.

I'm not doing, like, a 10-year study.

I'm not, you know, writing a strongly worded letter.

And I just... Thank you.
