THE GATEWAY TUNNEL PROJECT, THAT THEY ARE CUTTING HEALTHCARE FUNDING, THAT THEY ARE CUTTING EDUCATION FUNDING, THAT THEY ARE DOING THESE MADE-UP INVESTIGATIONS TO TRY TO HOLD OFF MORE FUNDING IN DIFFERENT AREAS.
IT'S JUST, AT THIS POINT, WE'RE LOOKING AT WAYS TO CLAW BACK AS MUCH FUNDING AS POSSIBLE, BECAUSE IF WE ARE GOING TO SEND THAT MUCH MONEY TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND THEY'RE NOT GOING TO ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB, THEN WHAT ARE WE PAYING FOR, EXACTLY?
