Did the White House say anything about why that is?
But this is the first time Trump is missing CPAC in like a decade, Elena, right?
I mean, has it changed the vibe?

So who is there then if Trump isn't?

Who's on the schedule?
Kind of who's kind of driving the conversation at CPAC this year?
I mean, this is a time where the president's approval rating is lower than it has been this term, right, Tam?
