That's kind of a habit stacking thing.
I will listen to a walking activation when I'm walking my dog in the afternoons.
That's a habit stacking situation.
I might listen to an educational podcast while I'm folding laundry.
Well, that's habit stacking.
So even like wearing your red light mask while you are putting your legs up a wall and listening to an audio book, like that's like the ultimate habit stacking situation.
