So we've got, you know, in the traditional structure, we've got our operations, supply chain, we've got legal, so on and so forth.
But we've got a pretty flat, I think, management team structure, and we don't have multiple layers, I think, from that perspective.

you know, single-minded focus to say that, look, the product's always the most important.
The customer, in our case, the gamer, is always the most important for us.
And pretty much, you know, we ask ourselves the question, right?
If there's no direct, you know, like direction or management mandate when it comes down to this, just figure it out.
Like, what would the customer want?
What would the gamer want?
That's what we do.
Well, we're everywhere, right?
So a third of our business is in the US, a third in Europe, a third in Asia at this point of time.
So we've got team members spread out.
We've got about close to 20 offices worldwide.
We're dual headquartered in Irvine and in Singapore.
Exactly that.
You know, the gamers from the needs from every country or region that we've got.
