I think that forgiveness is one of the most important practices.
I think that's something that I've actually even taught my boys, like it's important to forgive and make peace because there's so much freedom in forgiveness and peacemaking and that creates so much more room for love and for growth and peace.

Time flies, I tell you.
You know, it was quite surreal.
I remember the first time, you know, if we just rewind back to the first time I was ever in America when I was 15, I did a student exchange program.
to Virginia and my host family took me to my very first Victoria's Secret store.
And I remember just thinking, wow, this is just incredible because we had nothing like that in Australia.
Like the extent of like the kind of, kind of glamour, but girl next door, but like, you know, all these, like a candy shop for women, really.
It was just like,
it was, I, you know, I could have never have imagined that I would be part of that fast forward, you know, uh, I don't know, six years later, seven years later.
So it was pretty surreal.
Um, and I remember one of the first shoots that I did was for the swimsuit catalog for Victoria's secret.
And they used to
know have you travel to these beautiful places and um i remember seeing like adriana lima for the first time and karolina korkova and i was just so blown away with their beauty i was like wow what am i doing here you know and i just thought okay just enjoy the ride and have fun with it it's not something like it's not something that's gonna last forever but this is pretty amazing to be here with these girls that
you saw so many years ago on, you know, on the walls of Victoria's Secret.
And now you're here as one of them.
It was, yeah, it's pretty wild.
I just have enjoyed kind of every step of the way, you know, like I remember traveling all over the world and I was just so excited to experience different cultures, like living in Japan and then I lived in Paris and then I lived in Barcelona and lived in Milan.
