I have kids and there's not that much, you know, time.

So it's important that when you do see each other, you know, it's kind of like pick up where you left off.

And when we were younger, we all had this ring made for all of us.

And it had the five little stars on it.

It was like a silver ring with five little stars.

And I think that everyone still has that ring to this day.

But it's very sweet.

And it had our initials on the inside.

heartbreaking i remember when i heard the news and i was at a friend's house and my uncle came to tell me the news and um and i was like what do you mean what do you mean because like my whole world just like my whole world just like it's like the doors like started closing and i was like why is that man out there mowing the lawn like my whole world just like stopped and and it was so hard to kind of

understand that life was still going on you know when my whole world just like stopped at that moment and I think it gives you such a deep appreciation for how precious life is and how quickly anything can change you know and I think it's important to just not take anyone for granted because we just life is so fragile and we never know when our turn is going to be next so it's important to be

to be present and to tell people you love them and appreciate those moments together and be in the moment together.

Life can be so busy, but it's really the moments that we have with those that we love that are the most rewarding.

And so I'm still close with his parents and Flynn, when he passed away, I wrote a letter to him

explaining that, you know, my first son would, you know, carry his name in some form.

So I told Orlando that when I was pregnant with Flynn and Orlando was like, yeah, of course you can name, you know, Flynn, like Flynn, Christopher.

So it's Flynn and Christopher named after Chris.
