And then, you know, without it going on your clothes.

So everything is like this sensorial experience where, um,

it's very intentional and supportive.

And then on the back of every product, we have like a positive word like bliss or love or joy, just to kind of bring that uplifting energy into your day, because, you know, we're all so busy.

I wanted to create a little ritual for people to really lean into and just kind of enjoy and take care of themselves.

Oh, I think the most important message that I feel right now is take time to really connect with yourself.

And for me, that is where meditation and prayer comes in.

And know that, you know, when you give that time to yourself and connect with yourself and your heart, that you can give so much more, you know, and listen to that intuition and honor that.

And that's where, you know, your whole vitality can be nurtured just by

taking time to sit and be with yourself even if you know maybe you go outside and sit down and just take a moment for yourself you know put the phone down and it's just about having those little moments you you know because uh you can't pour from an empty cup and these little simple things that

you can take the time to give to yourself, then you can give so much more in all the other areas of your life.

So, yeah, listen to that voice and connect with yourself.

I think that's really important.

I think they were happy and content.

Yeah.

It's amazing.

As soon as we acknowledged them and said, okay, we acknowledge that you're here, thank you so much, then they felt heard.

It's a good message for us all.

I think at the end of the day everyone wants to be able to feel heard and understood.
