Well, the Aura Ring has really good ones.
Especially there's one, I think it's called like De-Stress and Refresh.
They have like some good ones for sleep as well.
But I actually learned Vedic meditation.
A lot of people call it like TM, Transcendental Meditation.
But the traditional way to learn is Vedic meditation.
And then you sit in a very relaxed position with your back supported.
And then you do your mantra over and over again.
And my kids all have their own little mantra.
They did like a little, you know, had a little ceremony and got their own mantra, except for the two-year-old.
But my teenager, who's 15, he's really using it as a great tool in his life.
And I just think it's a good thing for him to have, to lean on if he's feeling overwhelmed.
Sometimes he'll just come to me and be like, Mom, let's meditate.
There was a point where we were meditating together at 6 a.m.,
But then, you know, he got out of that and then now he's like, okay, let's meditate in the afternoon or, you know, I don't push him on it, but I know that it's a good tool for him to have.
