But A&R, I mean, A&R is really interesting.
And when you describe it in Kill Your Friends, because obviously Kill Your Friends is like a satire of the music industry.
But it's also, in order for anything to be a satire, it's really accurate.
You know, like, so everything is exaggerated.
I mean, there's terrible murders in it.
And there's like, you know, appalling sexism and racism and everything like that.
But...
The actual kind of structure of what the main character, Stephen Stelfox, is doing is exactly like A&R.
He's doing A&R.
And that is from your experience.
And the main thing that comes across about it is the kind of look of it.
So everybody who's doing A&R thinks that they've got brilliant ears.
Like we all do.
I think I've got amazing ears.
I'd be brilliant at A&R.
I can recognise a pop song.
