um that you could start answering some questions that could start giving you some guidance and some light into uh the real you and once you start doing that you start having you don't even know what to say yes or no to because you don't know whether it aligns to who you are yet figure out who you are first and then the answers to that to your boss whatever is going to be very clear you could say well that's not my skill set why don't you cause jim jim seems to be really good at that

you should give me these tasks and let me focus on these things because that's going to be better off for you.

The return on investment for that is going to be better off.

So you're speaking kind of their language and it's better off for you too, because you want to focus on the things that you are interested in and that you're best at and that you're going to do in two hours, but it takes everybody eight hours to do.
