He's so boisterous.
He's loves acting.
And do you know what I mean?
Like I already see there's so many parts of his personality are so clear.
But over time, if he goes into school and he's told by his teacher over and over again, and people in his class that he's annoying and he's too loud and all that, it'll dumb all those things down.
And he might think if he gets really traumatized and bullied, let's say he might think in a
13, 14, 15, that he's some type of introvert who doesn't, who's get scared on stage when really his natural personality loves to be the center of attention.
He loves to perform.
And so it's about keeping and understanding that inner person.
Cause that never goes away.
It just, and then if he doesn't ever feed that part of himself over time, that may lead to,
to depression and anxiety and things like that so often what i'd say is try to get back to the real you find a picture of when you were a kid and try to speak to that person because oftentimes even our parents if they're not around or aunts or cousins or whomever doesn't know that often we have our own memories of who we were and you know what it felt to be inside that body
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, because it's even entering, letting that thought, because they're so impressionable at that age.
And they're also, especially at 14, also even when they're older, they're grabbing onto anything to have a sense of self.
And so that's why when you're in teenagers, you get the goth stage, you get the preppy stage, you get all these stages because they're testing things out, right?
And so we work with a lot of teens too.
And it's normal not to know who you are at that age or to even put yourself in a box at any age.
We are evolving at every point in time.
But it's not that you are one person, you stay one person, is that we have a skill, we are special.
