I was actually really surprised the first time I did it.

So I'm using club standard equipment in there, speakers.

I play the music slower than I normally would, simply because the heat is going to make your heart rate go up anyway.

But people are dancing and enjoying it.

It's just like taking a dance floor from a club and just dumping it in a sauna.

It's quite surreal.

No, I wouldn't say it's dangerous because they've turned the heat off.

I mean, I've been to events where you're on a dance floor and it's absolutely steaming.
