He is the one who's ultimately going to make the call about whether or not there's a retrial and if there is a retrial, what that looks like.
There is no limit because remember she's charged with first degree murder.
There's no statute of limitations that you're running up against.
There's there's there's nothing that stops the district attorney from bringing it even a third time, other than that being a very, very unpopular decision and the types of things like judicial economy and resources.
