And I think as one gets older, that becomes more meaningful.

Seen from one perspective, if we think in terms of the multiverse, it could be that we're recreating or we're selecting a different strand of reality, localizing a different strand of reality into our perception all the time.

What did they do for work?
I could respond to all of that, and it would feel as real and as persuasive as the words I'm speaking.
And yet it's possible if one abides the m multiverse interpretation of physics that we're recreating that at every instant.
However, I would also say that
The turnkey of reality, I think, is emotionalized thought.
You're not having a sustained wish if an intrusive thought enters.
