then Doug Ford passed bill 218 which raised the legal bar required to sue any of these long-term care facilities um for negligence they change it to like it has to be gross negligence I think the term was yeah so effectively shielding for-profit operations from liability and then since then they have continued to issue long-term 30-year licenses to some of the very same ones in the investigations that were causing these things so this I

Another example, not looking out for the people looking out for the private investment of like corporations.

Some other examples of abuses of his executive powers, especially in Toronto.

You might remember back in 2018, suddenly in an active election cycle in Toronto, he used his provincial powers to slash the size of the Toronto city council in half, basically from 47 seats to 25.

This kind of thing happens over and over where he's like just changed the law and done whatever the fuck he wants.

For example, he used the ministerial zoning order, a tool meant to bypass local planning codes for emergencies at a rate 17 times higher than any previous government often to benefit friendly developers.

So he's changing like as many provincial laws and we're going to get into even more of those because right now he's changing a bunch of laws.

So you can't find anything out about what he said, which historically are allowed to look at the records of any,
