interesting show i feel like we learn a lot as individuals you cry you laugh you put you project yourself onto all of them and it's such a good format like because every season is different and the casting so good and i feel like this season's cast quote-unquote cast is so good and it's like is this the best season there is even yeah there's like the like um
right wing versus left like it's so nuanced like why not just have two people with like differing views come sit down couples therapy we get to watch it already have layers of empathy for each other and layers of love so you you can like skip pat not that they don't have like the typical left versus right sometimes in this case but it's like it's much more interesting and they'll give each other grace unlike two strangers who maybe will have a harder time doing that
um and he's so like super mega like he is in some ways but he is like a very caring loving guy yeah not to say like someone but he's not coming in being like saying like all the immigrants or anything he was just like oh i just kind of like fell into some of these ideas and i don't think

I'm beyond that.
It's, it's so much more than like left versus right.
And that, cause that's just one couple.
There are an assortment of couples who come in with different layers or levels of trauma, different levels of where they're at in their relationship.
Some of them maybe like fall apart within therapy, like through all the seasons, like some couples don't make it.
And like, actually, yeah, it will be like, it's actually better.
I don't think you should be together versus like, this is worth repairing.

I think that to ask a therapist to be a blank slate is to misunderstand what therapy is in the first place.
