My worry about the future is you look at the landscape at the moment and you say, Well, who are the secure pieces?
Who are in the position where you like, Oh, he's definitely gonna be in that same job in four years?

Uh Dave Fallows, who was really important in terms of scale and him crewman, the director of that, he's just left after twelve years or whatever.
The manager's only signed a two year contract.
So we don't know for sure he's gonna be here for how long.

Um, I would say Will Spearman, who's obviously the leader in the data side of it, he's probably the only one where you say, Okay, I'm pretty sure he's still gonna be here around.
But the sporting director's changed, the ownership might change, the manager might change, the scouting department might change.
Like we need to get some surety in all of those positions and quickly before we can start to think, okay
