And I love tattoos because for me it's art.
And when something happens in my life that is like a moment or a closure of something, it goes on my body.
And so when I played footy and it got a little bit of local news or something and they asked me to cover it up, I was like, how dare you?
No.
Why would I do that?
Yeah.
I just went back and I just worked.
That's what I did.
So I left footy and I just went back and focused on trying to have this career that I wanted as a full-time job to pay off my hold on and take care of Vinny.
And that's what I did.
And at the same time, I also fostered two kids.
And so I was just looking after everyone whilst working and doing that.
And I wasn't until...
One of my mates said to me, hey, Mo, we're going to Etihad.
Back then it was Etihad.
We're going to Etihad to watch girls' footy.
I was like, girls don't play footy on Etihad.
It's just for boys.
And they're like, no, no, Melbourne are playing Bulldogs.
And that was the first time I'd ever seen women wearing AFL jumpers, and that was incredible.
