I've got to say that's not normally your mum.

Particularly when they will know who they are or they'll see them around.

Particularly now in the age of social media, there's normally a lot of social media activity.

But this particular employee said they were quite private and they didn't want anybody else to know about it.

Yeah, absolutely.

But then again, she may be very happy that she's still alive.

So the employer obviously had to address that as well through their disciplinary process.

Yeah, so a security worker, the employer couldn't understand how come they couldn't see anything on the security cameras.

And the employee basically said that they believed where they were working was haunted and that the ghosts were moving the cameras.

But it turned out that the security worker was actually having a little bit of a nap and he was moving the camera so that the employer couldn't see that he was taking a rest during his working hours.

Yeah, so a new employee joined and one of the other employees felt that the person was being too nice to them.

So they went off and did a little bit of research and decided that there were basically being a witch, that one of the signs for somebody trying to cast spells on you was that they were exceptionally nice to you.

So the employee basically raised a complaint about the new employee saying that they felt that they were being targeted by witchcraft because the employee was being too nice in their working environment.
