I'm not exactly sure how it works exactly.

But I was able to get financial aid for her costs.

and for the hospital costs because it was all together versus my friend.

She just went through the OBGYN and there's no way to get financial aid that way.

And I do have to say with my first baby, I was like, no, I don't need financial aid.

We can pay this bill.

There's no reason for it.

And then as I had my second baby and our bills or like our living expenses were kind of heightening, I'm like, okay, we'll try it.

And then this go around, I'm like, yup, we need to try it.

Even though we're making a little more income, we still need to try for it, right?

Because in my brain, I'm so used to,

this is kind of a backstory.

So my dad, he was one income as well because my mom was sick.

And because of that, he, in order to get the help he needed for people to come and take care of her, we had an extremely low income.

I don't know how much he made, but I know he couldn't make over a certain amount in order to get the help that he needed.

And so because of that,

us living on with my second daughter and first daughter is like 50,000 a year.

It felt like a whole bunch.

And then my husband got a higher paying job.

And now we make like 80 to a hundred, depending on the year, depending on everything that goes on a thousand a year.
