But yeah, I think it is.

It's that sense of like, if I'm not happy, I can leave.

Or if something's not right, then I've got my own back.

I would have bought property a lot earlier.

Like I would have like from my, like, you know, if you knew what you knew then kind of thing.

But like when I was living in Brisbane and I was working for a bank,

I just wasted so much money.

I spent every paycheck.

And then I was like, I could have set myself up from the get-go.

So that's something that I'm always like, had I known that, I would have definitely changed that.

And then my friends who did do that, it's awesome to see them grow their property portfolios now and be in that really great position.

So that's my one little regret.
