The minute you make something public and you make it a public availability, you're changing the narrative of the entire story.

You are opening it up for everyone to make decisions.

So I agree with you completely.

There are moves being played right now.

There are legal moves and there are communication moves.

And there are a lot of bad communication moves and a lot of legal cases out there and reputational cases.

But this was intentional and it will come with intentional.

Uh conversation and dialogue.

Well well, Don, just like you, I mean, we've been watching a lot of these cases for years, and you were certainly doing that in your side of the journalism desk.

And when I do it in PR, I'm looking for moves and this intimidation, defamation.

Um, when you are

putting a emotion behind it, it becomes somewhat threatening.

That threatening type of legal moves is something I see happen all the time.

They want to, you know, force people into compliance by not saying anything.

Whenever I see that as a first move or a very loud move,

It usually signals that the evidence there might not be there.

So we have to use that intimidation as attacked.

It doesn't mean that anyone is guilty, um, but bad communication doesn't mean anyone is guilty.

But bad communication comes with complications.

And that's what's certainly happening in this case.
