You know, and and the brain.

Because I do know when I eat sugar.

Oh my gosh, what it does to me.

And my sister, she had an addiction to sugar.

We both are ADHD.

She probably has a little bit more of the autistic qualities too.

She's a little bit maybe Audh.

And we noticed what sugar was doing to her.

Like on a scale of one to ten, she's like at a 10 when she eats it.

You know, it's just like out of control.

So for those folks that are struggling, they're struggling with either an eating disorder where maybe they're anorexia, they're dealing with anorexia.
