Um, she relates to the offending behaviors.
And for her, they're yelling, throwing, slamming things during meltdowns.
They're working on it and doing what they can to impact the meltdowns.
But her body is traumatized and she wants to work on it.
And so, you know, you're talking about two dysregulated people.
They can't stay, you know, regulated together.
There needs to be a break.
And I don't know if anybody wants to start the conversation around that because that's what's going on.

And you know, I I don't know if I don't think everybody here is in a relationship currently, but those of us that have been in neurodiverse relationships or are in neurodiverse relationships, you know, whether we're whether we're the autistic, ADHD, Audi HD or any combination, which Jan has a a a lot more than just the the Aud, right?
Um, you know, if there's no reciprocity, if there's no attempt to learn and grow and understand your partner.
That can be very unhealthy for both people.
