I think we actually all underestimated just how sensationalized it would be.

I mean, this man has a larger than life personality.

He's been on our TV screens for 30 years.

But when we hear the details of his very public relationship with Cassie, we just feel like we're eavesdropping, like we're going into their bedroom with them.

And some of the things that we've heard so far are so disturbing that I think it's what shocks all of us that this man that we knew to be

Like I said, larger than life, very boisterous that he was doing all of this allegedly behind closed doors.

So I'm a senior correspondent for Extra TV.

Yeah.

I mean, they're so his defense attorney even said that his career is ruined.

Right.

Because part of the government's claim is that he had control over Cassie's career.

And that's part of the coercion that they're trying to show and that he suppressed her career.

But they're saying and that he would also threaten to release these sex tapes to damage her reputation.

But then his defense attorney was like, well, you know.

It was her lawsuit that showed the world what was going on behind closed doors and in their bedroom.

And it was also her who destroyed essentially his reputation and his career.

So they're admitting that there's no coming back from this.

But I will say what they're saying is, yes, this man was violent.
