When you build a plate, you want to focus on having a balanced meal, like our ancestors did, of a good quality protein, really great carbohydrates that come from the earth, which is fiber, and good quality fat.

You get a report the next day of like what the ratings are. Like this meal was really great for you. This one wasn't so much so that you can start to learn how your body metabolizes different foods.

A lot of people when they go through fasting protocols, if you're fasting for one, two or three days, which is a protocol for some people, their glucose might be really, really low and that might cause them to wake up a lot. So if you are somebody who wakes up consistently throughout the night and you don't know why, look at your glucose. That might give you some insight.

A lot of people when they go through fasting protocols, if you're fasting for one, two or three days, which is a protocol for some people, their glucose might be really, really low and that might cause them to wake up a lot. So if you are somebody who wakes up consistently throughout the night and you don't know why, look at your glucose. That might give you some insight.
