So canola oil, eating out as you said before too, like whenever you eat out, they're not cooking with olive oil or just plain old butter or ghee or anything like that, they're using cheap refined seed oils or canola oil or vegetable oils because they're cheap, right?

My biggest pet peeve is you go down, even a really healthy grocery store, if you go down the kid's snack aisle, you'll maybe find one brand of snacks that even has the label on the front that says gluten-free, healthy, keto, whole grain or whatever. You turn the box around, the ingredient, the second ingredient is canola oil, right?

yeah it's horrible if just go through your cabinets if you have any food product that says canola oil on it throw it in the trash do yourself a favor you don't have to go on a diet just get rid of those foods first if you don't believe me go and go to youtube and google how canola oil is made and you will never ever want to consume it ever again it's disgusting I don't. Yeah.

If you want to look for safer oils to cook with or even in your processed foods, you want to look for olive oil.
