It's not just the chemicals from, you know, the products that we're using. Think about all the toxins that you are consuming anywhere from, like, if you really want to go down the wormhole on this one, right? Yeah. Your personal care products, your toothpaste, your deodorant, your face washes, however many products you use on your hair, your skin every single day, your toothpaste, stuff like that.
It's not just the chemicals from, you know, the products that we're using. Think about all the toxins that you are consuming anywhere from, like, if you really want to go down the wormhole on this one, right? Yeah. Think about your clothes, the plastics that come in your clothes. Recently I tried to find socks for my kids that didn't have elastane in them or spandex. It's virtually impossible, right? Microplastics are becoming such an issue within our blood. Children, umbilical cords now have microplastics in them, right? Like these toxins are now... So we get to a toxic burden, right?

You want to go around your house, how many toxins are lingering in the laundry detergents, in the cleaning products, in the dryer sheets? you know, and the plastics on whatever's hanging up around your house, right? Like everything is plastic. And the containers that your food is sold in.

And look, like you can go crazy where at that point, I understand ignorance is 100% bliss, not knowing what you're getting yourself into. But knowledge is power. And if you are concerned with living a happier, longer life, and if you are concerned with turning off the genetic markers that you have that might lead to you getting a disease or not, we've got to pay attention.

So just try to reduce your toxic burden. So if you're going to choose the quest bars, you're probably taking away toxins from bucket A so that the sucralose every once in a while for you is okay. You're mindful of when your body's inflamed. Right.
