is still searching for a missing crew member from a fighter jet shot down by Iran as Tehran continues attacking Gulf Arab states and Israel.
President Trump says the loss won't alter negotiations to end the war, but Axios political reporter Mark Caputo tells Bloomberg it really depends on a number of factors.

As for how the airmen could be doing, retired Brigadier General Mark Kimmett was also on the program and says they get plenty of training for this exact scenario.
Iran has offered a bounty for that crew member.
The other pilot was safely rescued.
And a second U.S.
combat plane also crashed in the Persian Gulf that day.
They're the first known combat losses of U.S.
or Israeli planes since this war started.
Meantime, French President Emmanuel Macron is now calling on medium-sized powers to join forces.
and stand up to the US and China.
Among other issues, Macron discussed maritime security in the Strait of Hormuz and pitched closer cooperation with countries like Japan and South Korea, who Macron says are badly suffering from high energy costs.
US job growth rebounded in March, which is a sign the labor market was stabilizing as the war in Iran started.
