In New York, a federal judge has tossed actress Blake Lively's sexual harassment claims against actor Justin Baldoni over their roles in their 2024 movie, It Ends With Us.
It was among a dozen claims Lively made when she sued Baldoni last December.
But the judge did leave two retaliation claims intact ahead of what's expected to be a contentious trial next month.
