So we have to have people in these positions who can understand the framework,
understand the mental thought process, understand what may be very real fear in these circumstances, whether we're talking about the Nolan Wells case or Carmelo Anthony or any of the other hundreds, dare I say thousands of cases that are like this in our country every day.
I think it was a better than average bad situation.
when you weigh the things that are important, the ones that matter the most to the most people, obviously giving more power for these, just no matter whether they did something wrong or not type firings, that's on the negative side of what the court came back with today.
And
I could see how sometimes it seems like the court is saying, okay, we're about to sting over here.
So where we can and where we have wiggle room, let's go ahead and give them something over here.

And so that's going to end up going back to a lower court and he is going to be able to work his will with some of these federal appointees in these used to be more independent agencies than they are now.
But that is juxtaposed with the court saying, no, with the Federal Reserve Board, you cannot just because you want to, just because of an accusation, absent any findings of fact, just remove a governor in this instance, obviously, Black woman.
Governor Dr. Lisa Cook, they said you can't just fire her because you want to because there's some allegation of malfeasance out there.
These actually have to be proven.
She gets due process.
This is going to have to go through the system.
She's going to have to be allowed to respond.
So it's going to go back and work its way through the courts.
It will go back to the circuit court to figure out whether there was any justification for the fact firing.
