So I've been struggling this week a lot.

Um, I've had moments of joy here and there.

Um, but I, I, my heart breaks for this situation because it's just wash, rinse and repeat.

And it's just exhausting.

There's no urgency when a Black child is missing or when a Black child is harmed.

And it's frustrating, very much so.

And it makes me angry.

And I still have hope because, believe it or not, as emotional as this week has been,

I'm at the most peace that I've been in in weeks.

And I'm hopeful for the future and excited for the future.

And I have to hold on to that because otherwise I'll curl up in a little ball and just disappear.

from the world and that can't happen.

So, um, we need allies like democracy, Jesus.

Um, his passion started all this waterworks for me because then it just brought back everyone that I've lost and that I'm grieving for.

And, um, it's just been emotional and I'm just happy that I have this community.

I have this platform for my voice to be heard.

And I so appreciate you, Don, you make us all feel so special.

You know, and so and I appreciate that.

I appreciate that very much.

So I don't know how much I contributed to this, but I just I'm just very emotional right now.
