It's a confirmed, I'm not a failure.

So I'm the only one that's saying that I'm a failure.

And then that's the awareness.

And then once you get to the awareness, you're gonna say, I'm not a failure.

And you start to like rewire your brain

through like meditation and calmness.

And that way you start to clicking into the awareness, like don't do it.

Don't let your brain go there because that's when you start to sink and get below the line or something.

And so, I truly, when I put things into perspective,

That helps me so much because, again, like judgment and failure, nobody cares that much about your life besides you.

You are the main character and your energy, the way you spend your energy comes with a cost.

So be very careful with how you spend it.

And I keep telling myself that all the time, too.

because we get so busy and we end up in our same cycles and same patterns so I would say if I could even say you know to anybody if you can just get to the awareness of like maybe the root of some of your traumatic past that you don't even recognize you have that's going to guide you to why you're getting that anxiety of whatever negative feelings you might have and

But that's just, it doesn't matter what career you're in.

This is life.

It's not easy.

And we all have our stories.
