We love to adorn, put things in our ears, put tattoos on our skin, jewelry, makeup.
These have existed all around the world throughout history without anybody having spoken to each other about it.

And so maybe when I do my hair, I'm adorning my face.
I'm celebrating my
my face when i put eye makeup on my eyes then i'm celebrating my eyes and i want people to look at them and that has felt like a quite a good guideline for moving forward and there are times especially yeah i'm dealing with disappointment or whatever and in my brain i'm like maybe you could just or you could just and so you have to ask yourself is that a celebration or an apology
Is it celebration or apology?
Apology.
Or, look, oh my gosh, I really want to accentuate how I look.
And then, of course, I mean, this sounds maybe kind of naff as well, but...
The best way I find to remind myself that I'm really beautiful is when I smile.
Everything lifts.
My eyes are bright.
And I can totally, you know, you can smile and not mean it.
If you're happy and fulfilled, your face shows it.
You light up, you know.
But in saying that, I do find this, like, it's quite interesting.
Now, at an accelerating speed, my whole face seems to want to be falling down.
And I always think of Kent Brockman from The Simpsons pulling back his face with a peg.
Because there was no Botox left in Springfield.
