Yes, or you can have all the things in the nice rooms that people are allowed to go to and you keep all the things that you really like in the rooms where nobody's allowed to go to and you're just one big mask of civility and you're not authentically in all the rooms.

I love an analogy, that is really nice.
And who are genetically lucky enough to find themselves in this day and era, in this geographic context.

There's your vagus nerve that goes from your belly to your brain.
Yes, something like that.
And the information is predominantly going to the brain.
It is.
Not back the other way.
So your belly, it's just all, yeah.
sometimes i feel after getting a massage i have a better sense of where my body ends and that can be quite nice put me into perspective a little bit sometimes in my brain i am this big abstract floaty thing so being touched whether it be by somebody else or for you yeah it gives yourself some boundaries like okay i just i i only go to there
