How do you get the slow release dopamine?
Oh, yeah.
You turn your shower cold.
It's like low GI.
No, what's the low glycemic index?
Yeah, foods.
That's really good because with cleaning, I do notice that I spend the time that I take cleaning usually is in my head going, why am I the only one who's fucking doing this?
I can't believe it.
And just, so yeah, victimization.
And then I finish and then I'm like, oh, I'm so amazing.
Can I please?
Yeah.
And then it's like, I can think properly.
It's brilliant.
But I like this for while I'm cleaning to try and thread through a little bit more aspirational positivity of this.
I feel like that about exercise, actually, because I think for so long it was something to be done to lose weight, quote-unquote lose weight.
If you're listening, I'm doing those little bunny-ear things with my fingers.
You have to lose weight.
And now I realise that it's a dopamine source.
I need to do it.
