It's such a huge decision.

And I pained over it for weeks.

And I was like, oh, my gosh.

To a couple of select friends would sort of like do them a little bit each, being like this or this, this or this.

And we always felt like the Australian was funnier.

So I went with the Australian.

Julia and I did this session and I think I was really, I was strong-arming it a bit of wanting to make sure I knew what I was doing.

And I think she politely interrogated like, well, you know, you can leave X, Y, Z up to interpretation on the day and stuff.

And I said, I just want to make sure that I really know exactly what I'm going in with.

And we kind of uncovered that.

A really common piece of direction for me over the years is often, Morgana, can we just pull it back a little too much?

Too much, pull it back, do less.

And that was always real embarrassing to get that direction.

And it's fine, like it's fair enough.

And I just didn't want to have that from Mike.

But what's so funny about that fear of mine, of course, meant and means that you're diminishing yourself and diminishing your offers.

And she said, well, what would you rather?

Would you rather that after the first day of shoot,

Mike White goes home and says to himself, well, I was really expecting more from Morgana.

Or you say to him, I'm probably going to get really overexcited and just give you heaps and heaps and heaps and feel free to pull me back if you want.
