yeah but i understand lots of people would prefer to poo with a professional nearby to help they give birth in the hospital i also think let's take the poos let's take the birth out of the hospital and put it in a crossfit gym oh where pain is progress in a gym pain is progress when you've reached your threshold your trainer goes yes this is where we're making progress
And if you pull a hamstring, it's very obvious that something else has gone wrong.
And then we go to the hospital and we say, thank goodness for the hospital.
I do love an analogy.
Oh, yes, I do.
I haven't felt that starstruck by an actor in a really long time, and I don't know why we aren't friends.
I know, don't you?
Aren't there some people, though, and you're just like...
She's so real.
I can't see any lies and it's really amazing and there's a part of me that's deathly envious and most of me that is just like absolutely in awe.
I know.
I feel like I've done a bit of reading on attachment recently.
Styles and things like that.
And I feel like there's I can see now a spectrum of full embodied authenticity and full detachment, both of which are really quite intoxicating for humans.
Full detachment, like the archetype of like the cool kid who doesn't care about anything.
You know, there's something really magnetic about that.
But it's detached.
And then across the spectrum, there is embodied authenticity, which is also incredibly magnetic and in a way can project themselves in a similar way of like, well, I don't care what you think because I'm in my body and I'm authentically me and I'm okay with that.
And there's also the other end of that.
And she is so fabulous because I feel like she's down the authentic side.
