Sometimes I feel like there can be a habit in being too, like, foreboding joy or predicting doom, like a little bit too much on that.
And that actually understanding most things kind of turn out fine and that we're here to have a good time.

So that's a bad, probably a bad habit.

And I think that is much akin, I kind of think being in this industry as a performer is akin to being an athlete.
There's a certain level of delusion that is required to think that you have any chance in hell.
And to just be able to focus on the positive because you'll eat yourself alive if you don't.

My daughter was having a really hard time getting to school.
And I just, you know, I was just having a real parent moment where half of me was...
fucking annoyed that she was not doing exactly what I wanted her to do and I didn't feel like she's helping herself and whatever and the other half of me is her and feeling for her as she's having this moment and those two feelings are in combatants and
they bring out a really, sometimes a great parent in me and sometimes not so great parent.
And so, yeah.
In the end, I just took her out of school for when we got a coffee with her.
Oh, bless.
And that was really lovely.
That's right.
And it's funny because I did that thing.
