This is actually a painful story, but I mined Dogecoin.

Then I stored it in a wallet and they were kind of worthless, right?

I still have that wallet.

I don't have the password.

And there's 400,000 Dogecoin in there.

So at the peak, Dogecoin was like 80 cents.

So that's like $300,000.

Right now it's 7 cents.

So it's still worth a pretty penny, but not 300k.

Yes, it's like a wallet from 2014.

I can open my wallet, but to send the Dogecoin out, I need my password.

And trust me, I'm a bit tech savvy.

I've been trying to brute force passwords with like a hint list.

I ran through like 50 billion passwords over the years, but I'm still not in.

If people think it's so dumb, they won't buy it, but they see it keeps going up.

That's what kind of creates the FOMO.

That's when people get greedy.

They see the coin, they don't buy it because they think it's too dumb.

And then it goes at 10x and then they feel dumb that they didn't buy it.

And that's when you get the FOMO effect.
