I think it's called a life-saving.

It's just called life-saving.

And it seems like not a big deal, but it's brutal.

You have to jump in the water and like the way a lifeguard is trained, you kind of do a lifeguard save of your instructor.

but they pick like the six foot eight beast who's going to fight you in the water.

And they refer to it as like the puking evolution because there's no way to do it without like just totally being gassed.

Oh, this is like a day after hell week when you've been up for like a week.

And so, because technically you have to pass this lifeguarding test.

Anyways.

I get out of the water after failing my various attempts.

I eventually passed it.

And like, everyone's just done attempts and everyone's miserable.

And we're all like shivering on the pool deck and I'm like dramatically heaving, like, like, cause I've just, I've just done the test.

I was really like hamming it up to make sure everybody knew how hard I tried.

And Ephraim just goes, shut the fuck up.

shut the and he like got in trouble for even speaking out of turn but he's like he was like shut the fuck up it's hard for everyone and i was like oh that's a good lesson right and i was like yep stop performing like stop performing your drama um but i i opened the episode with with that little story and then this and ephraim by the way is like the most like non you wouldn't think wow

wow, that dude would drop everything and go fight ISIS.

He's like this totally normal guy.

I mean, he's very skilled, like an incredible shot, like tactically a brilliant guy, but just the most normal dude, just like doesn't swear, doesn't cuss, just a normal dude, super low key.

And I told his story and he actually started this charity called Operation Stronghold Rescue, right?
